In 9.1.0 we added the "Finalizing"-state to the transfer window, which on finishing up a download, should display a progress bar, which shows the segment concatenation step necessary when segmented downloads are active - it also should show a size progress. |

Hi - thanks for this, that is what I was expecting, but the progress bar is not visible after the download has completed, so I can't see what is happening once the download is complete. I assumed that some form of consolidation was happening, so left Cyberduck running for several hours (about six hours). Would it need more than this? I have restarted the download now to recheck everything. I am using 9.1.3. |

Hi - thanks for looking again. I think the external drive is fine because the download writes all the segments to it without a problem (57.3 GB), and I can move other files to it. There is a lot of space available on it, currently 493GB free. I am using ESET Internet Security, which I haven't had an issue with all the many years I have used it. Any ideas gratefully received! |

Hi - I'm new to using CyberDuck and need to download a file provided to me. This is a big zip file - 57.4GiB. It's too big for my laptop so I'm trying to download it to an external drive that has plenty of available space.
The download takes a few hours to complete, but then gets stuck at 99%. I've tried leaving this for a few hours but it doesn't progress, with the 'time remaining' indicator changing between a few seconds and a couple of minutes.
Is there a limit to the download file size? Does anyone have any tips on how I can complete the download?
A quick update on this - I tried the download again today and got to 100%, and even received a popup that the download was complete, but the system still appears to be working. On the transfer screen I see a message Finalize 104007.zip (my file name). In the destination directory I have a file called 104007.zip.cyberducksegment that is full of 500meg cyber segment files.
