Issue with uploading pdf to cyberduck

I am not too experienced with this platform, but I have been using WebDAV to get a link for specification sheets for product pages. Recently, I have occasionally received an error when trying to upload: "Upload xyz.pdf failed. Cannot retry request with a non-repeatable entity." This has only occurred for certain specification sheets, so I don't think it is a problem with my computer. Has anyone experienced this issue and knows how to troubleshoot?

This was previously discussed in #16308 and we track it as a bug in ¹. In general the error is masquerading the underlying cause which is either an authentication or interoperability failure.

Refer to ² for documentation by BigCommerce. It suggests that filenames should contain no whitespace.
