We wanted to get native Arm64 support in the initial release, but had to reschedule it to a patch later down the line. |

You can run it, but the Context Menu for the integrated mode will not work
correctly, as Windows tries to load a component within an Arm64 context,
which we've only built with x64 support, and crashes all of Mountain Duck.
I can notify you, when I've finished the Arm64 transition.

Hi David,
Thank you for your response. Do you have a possible ETA to when the 5.2

Regards,
Arthur

Hi David/Simon/Joran,
I saw that the 5.2 update was released this morning. I was able to install
it. Unfortunately, it appears that it is still not running natively on arm
based laptops. Did the arm support get pushed out again? If so, do you know
a possible update timeline?
I apologize for being so persistent, it is just that if arm support is not
expected then I will have to look for another solution/application.
Regards,
Arthur

It is good to hear that it is still scheduled for this month.
I got a notification regarding the 5.2 update. I must have my setting set
to Beta releases. Is the arm support going to be included on a smaller
update or together with the 5.2 update?

Hi David,
I just wanted to follow up regarding the arm64 support. I saw that there
was an update for version 5.2.1 this morning. It seems that there is still
no arm64 native support. I am just following up since your above
message stated that support was still scheduled for February. Any updates
would be appreciated.

Hi David/Simon/Joran,
I just wanted to follow up again. I am sorry for being persistent. I am
just trying to narrow down a problem that I am having, and moutainduck is
the next step to figure out if it is the source of the problem. If
including arm64 native support is no longer part of the plan, please let me
know so I can look for alternative options.
Regards,
Arthur
