Cyberduck no longer connecting to sftp on a specific user on my mac

I have 3 sftp servers setup in cyberduck on a MacBook Pro M3 running mac OS 15.5 and they used to work fine.

I don't know what changed, but now when I try to connect, it says opening SFTP connection to... shows the unknown fingerprint popup that I allow, but then, nothing... not even an error message

I first thought, the configs were no longer working, but when I try in cyberduck on a windows machine or if I try on the same macbook pro but a different account , everything works fine.

So there must be something wrong in the saved preferences, but I can't figure out how to reset or uninstall the software completely. Even when using AppCleaner, to remove all dependencies, whenever I reinstall cyberduck, the 3 servers appear automatically and still don't work.

Or is there a place where I could see logs of what's going on?

I also removed the fingerprints from the .ssh/known_hosts file but it didn't change a thing
