Always Trust ignored

I have been getting a "A failure occurred during certificate trust verification. Please specify the trust settings for the certificates that need updating" alert lately (again). I click Show Certificate and set all the Trust popup menus to Always Trust. Yet the next time I use CyberDuck, I am again presented with the same message. I look at the certificate and it still says Always Trust. It seems as if the Always Trust settings are ignored. I would expect not to be given the warning if Always Trust was always selected.

You will have to select the checkbox Always trust whgi.net when connecting to cp.providersite.net.
