The following upload command
will fail with a "file not found" error if the first folder "RUS-Beresan_Dist_Odessa_Nwsltr/" does not already exist in the periodicals bucket on B2.
If the folder does exist, the command works.
Until just recently we have been using an older version of the cli version (7.6.2.33520) and it handled this correctly in all cases.
A copy of the command output is attached.
