New version (Cyberduck/9.1.7.43306) of cli --upload command Can't create sub folders on B2

The following upload command

cmd /C duck --username .............b89b --password ....................................................................c1ef --upload b2://periodicals/RUS-Beresan_Dist_Odessa_Nwsltr/Vol_01-1996-97/ k:\ToBeUploaded\RUS-Beresan_Dist_Odessa_Nwsltr\Vol_01-1996-97\Issue_02-Oct.pdf --existing overwrite

will fail with a "file not found" error if the first folder "RUS-Beresan_Dist_Odessa_Nwsltr/" does not already exist in the periodicals bucket on B2.
If the folder does exist, the command works.

Until just recently we have been using an older version of the cli version (7.6.2.33520) and it handled this correctly in all cases.

I encounter the same issue in macOS build, version 9.1.6.43284 (latest stable via Homebrew) against AWS S3 buckets.

duck --upload reports Failure to read attributes of <directory_name>.

If I use duck --mkdir <directory_name>/ beforehand, the upload works. Maybe it helps @Buster-Else too.

This is intended behaviour.

We worked around this problem with a fix similar to what gkertai used.
The fix was the easy part. The other part was the time and effort we spent trying to figure out why a process we have been using for years suddenly stopped working.
