Items Deleted are still showing

We are starting to use Cyber Duck to access and manage files stored in our SpectraLogic T950 tape libraries. Until recently we have been using the Native EON Browser.

We are running Cyber Duck version 9.1.7 (43306) with Spectra S3 (HTTP) protocol.

BUG
When we delete files or folders in the tape library through Cyber Duck, they remain visible even though they have gone from the tape library.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a connection to the SpectraLogic tape library.
2. Navigate to the file/folder you wish to delete.
3. Select file/folder to be deleted.
4. Click on Action button (cog) in top menu bar.
5. Select Delete from the drop down menu. (8th from bottom of list)
6. Click Delete to confirm in pop up window.

Expected behavior
I would expect the deleted folder or file to no longer be visible but it is still there. If I check in EON Browser it is not there.

Sorry I am confused.
Directories are displayed as there are directory placeholder files present named directory/ or a common prefix is returned by the ListObjects API 1.

I get they are place holders for folders/files, but if the folder/file does not exist any more, ie the folder and it's contents are deleted why is it still being shown in Cyber Duck.
