Commits don't update

I don't know if other people have the same issue, but in my case, after using dvc add / dvc commit / dvc push, source control panel never updates the files. I have to reload vscode (v1.100.2 on Linux Ubuntu 24.04) each time to see the correct changes.

Not sure if this is exactly the same issue. I find that the 'Experiments' View (center window) does not update when I execute commands from the command line. Not sure what files the extension is watching or how to layout the project to enable this. My pipeline is defined in a subdirectory and there is not main pipeline in the workspace directory. I will experiment with a workspace root dvc.yaml next, linking it to the one in subdir..
