Binance RequestTimeout

In recent days, I have encountered an error related to the Binance API. I have checked the IP and tried using a VPN, but the error persists. Can you help me?

Hi, this seems like network issue. Resolved yet or you still getting it ?

With the same IP, try something like curl https://api.binance.com/sapi/v1/margin/allPairs ... check if you receive normal data.

This has nothing to do with the strategy I think, it's Freqtrade or network issue.
And the log says Giving up this means it tried 4 times before this error.
It could be some temporary network issue.
If you posted the full log we could get a better idea about the issue.
