Feature Request: Tax Workflow change #1251

This is a workflow change and could be helpful to many users. Right now the Tax rate is set per product. What I would recommend is that a tax rate be set per location as most places require you to charge and collect the tax specific to where products are sold, as in the client site. So you would just need to keep the product field of "is taxable" and then add a field in the DB and location model for "Tax Rate"
I am also aware that this would be a breaking change for anyone who has already been doing things as is. But it is currently the thing keeping me from using ITFLOW for my accounting as I have clients in several different locations that I would have to modify the tax rate of each product line item and hope I don't make an error.
I do appreciate the Documentation and Ticketing side of this app and look forward to watching and helping it grow better every day.
