[BUG]: EIP-5267 noncompliance

Porto use the 712 fields returned in `eip712Domain()` for intent and call signing

But porto doesn't use this for multichain transactions or for replay safe wrapping, which makes it not 5267 compliant

Revisit how we can reconcile this, or consider removing 5267
