Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS - synchronization issues

I installed GVM using the script. It started up, I have access to the interface, but it doesn't synchronize CVE, NVT, CPE.

Feed status is:

Synchronization issue: Could not connect to scanner to get feed info

I had the the same issue with Ununtu 24.03.3 LTS
Withe the help of chatgpt i got a solution that allowed the missing files to download, but there are more problems..

basically the script didn't create /var/lib/openvas
check to see if you have a /var/lib/openvas folder - if you not you can follow this fix

sudo mkdir -p /var/lib/openvas
sudo chown -R gvm:gvm /var/lib/openvas 2>/dev/null || true
sudo chmod 750 /var/lib/openvas

sudo greenbone-feed-sync

This should now download the missing files, but its no a fix yet,
Chatgpt is now trying to help me fix it !

I've spent some time today updating script dependencies and testing. I'm not able to replicate your issue on Debian 13 or Ubuntu 24
