Feature Request: Support for hybrid data plans with time-based unlimited + weekend rollover #273

Describe the Feature you'd like
In "Add Data Plan > Custom" would like more features similar to:
- Time based unlimited data hours (Unlimited data rounded up separately in usage history since its apart from regular per day available GB in data plan)
- Custom exclusion hours (that wont add up in total data usage)
- Or to stop counting data usage for certain hours even though app is running (I did see "Exclude app traffic from data usage" but if i enable that after unlimited data hours i still need to enable those apps for it to include traffic in regular 2Gb/day starts. So that exclude app doesnt work for on-off for few hours or half day. Meaning - when excluded apps are removed the traffic adds up again automatically)
Why do you want this feature?
Since my data plan is kinda different - VI (Vodafone Idea cellular network in India) has data plan that provides unlimited data from midnight to midday (Basically 12 AM to 12 PM) the usage amount is very high or crossed 100% limit before even my 2 GB/day data starts everyday.
For e.g. I have already used more than 6 GB in a single day and the DataMonitor counter shows that amount before even regular data per day starts to add to counter. So if i suppose consume 2 GB of the day then app shows 8 GB at end of day (Obviously) with no data exhaustion alert.
