Totally agree, I miss this so much everywhere, and the fly to option in some places doesn't do almost any zoom.

Hi 👋,

I intentionally preserve your current zoom level to prevent excessive tile loading and because no single zoom level fits every scenario.
You can simply adjust the zoom before/after using fly to and it will be maintained 👍

Another idea for the fly to place feature, could it be possible to also add this to the hover card of places, while viewing a trip?
Currently I can only use the "Fly To Place" feature while viewing the normal map, without being focused on a single trip.

Edit: Would also be nice to have this button on the page when you shared the link with someone, otherwise its a bit tricky to find the location.
