[FR] Option to mark a planned item's price as pre-paid

It's great you can add a price to planned items and it calculates how much you need for the day.
In some countries that is great to figure out the amount of cash you need to carry (Looking at you Japan), but sometimes you want to list the price of something to keep track of it, but it's already payed in advance.

A hotel, pre-booked transportation, or entrance tickets come to mind. It would be nice to mark them as already payed. (Would also be nice if this could be check off easily somehow for live tracking while on the trip as a bonus)

A extra checkbox in front of the price field in plan item would be clean I think.

Less clean might be to use the status field were some extra status could be added like 'played'. Where the item could move from pending -> booked -> payed perhaps. But I think keeping this separate status field would be better.

The day total should then be updates to show the amount minus things already payed (and maybe the total on hover or next to it)

I think it depends on your workflow, that's exactly what the booked status is for to me (as opposed to
pending*). Since we always travel as two, we set the paid_by property, meaning someone has paid for it.

How do I get this payed by field? Do I need 2 trip accounts and share the trip?

I was considering leaving it blank or setting it to 'paid' or something but I am not finding this field. I'm a solo travel so I just one one account on trip.

Yes, paid by appears when there are at least two members on a trip.

This can be done through the Members section in the trip. If you want to fake it, you can create a dummy account and invite it to your trips (no need to login on your dummy account) 👍

I'm also interested in tracking payments. It would be great to see at a glance: what's already paid, what's remaining, and the total cost. For instance, with a restaurant reservation where I've prepaid €60 and still need to pay €140 later. When you're planning a trip weeks ahead, it's really helpful to know exactly how much money you'll need on-site.
