Feature Request: 'preferred_username' claim is the only claim that can be used, change default with docker environment variable

Hi,

I got the following error: OIDC login failed, preferred_username missing.
My SSO doesn't support the claim preferred_username, instead it uses an 'username' or 'email' claim.
Is it possible to add a docker environment variable where you can freely change that claim?
