error while loading shared libraries: libssl

I've got a docker-compose that gets started by a docker swarm.

Its stopped booting lately and throws the error:

Any ideas why it wouldn't be pulling the right libssl?

I am not able to reproduce these issues, but #352 is a related issue where you may want to collaborate with others on common causal parameters.
