How to install mods when running on a QNAP container

First thing....love this container! It's really easy to setup and use and my kids can all connect and play!

I'm running this on a QNAP NAS using Container Station. When I create the container its easy to add "Environment" items that get added to the server.properties file.

I am trying to add mods, and haven't been able to make it work. It's probably just me not understanding where and how files are stored for the container.

• If I try to customize where the file go using the "Bind Mount Host Path" under storage, I can add a shared folder I create, but it still appears to create a folder for files under container-station-data/lib/docker/volumes. Is there some way to change that?
• I tried adding the mod files for Copper Plus (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft-bedrock/addons/copper-plus/files/all?page=1&pageSize=20). I installed the pack on my local minecraft, then copied the folders to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folder. Restarting the server did not make the mods work though.
• I also tried finding the world_behavior_packs.json file to edit, but it wasn't anywhere to be found.

What should I do differently?
