Added Support to Deploy the Bytewax Streaming Pipeline to AWS

To deploy the Bytewax streaming pipeline to AWS is as easy as:

• download the AWS CLI
• configure it with your credentials
• run make deploy_aws

You can see the deployment state by running make info_aws.

You can stop the deployment and destroy all the resources by running make undeploy_aws

Note: Code tested only under Ubuntu 22.04.
