[Enhancement] invidious.service should include a line to restart invidious hourly as per the recommendation in the documentation

in the documentation for post-install configration it is recommended to restart invidious at least once a day, if not hourly

Describe the solution you'd like
the invidious.service file for systemd should include a method to acheive this. one method would be to include RuntimeMaxSec=3600 in the service unit file.

a systemd timer could also be used

I'm confused. Why couldn't the dev team just make this change in like 2 seconds, rather then requiring someone open a PR for this?
There's no documentation for restarting invidious provided, even though it's specified that it must be restarted every day. It would be helpful if there was some documentation on how to do this.

@clseibold Because it's a community project and we except the users to contribute if they would like to see a new change or something fixed. This is the spirit of the open source community.
