Add "(AppImage)" to AppImage installed thru AM/AppMan

Sometimes, user might have a version of your Linux distribution's package installed, as well as the same application as an AppImage. In this case, when you add the entry to the desktop applications menu, they won't be distinguishable because they have the same name. I suggest adding the text "(AppImage)" or "(AppMan)" or whatever you deem appropriate to differentiate the versions.

Something like this would require a poll.

Anyway, its difficult that people install the same program using 2-3 different sources. Also Flatpak does not do so.

Maybe rename something like "KOReader 2025.10 on AppMan" or "KOReader 2025.10 as AppImage".
Distrobox+Podman already does this. "Package name on container-name" e.g. "KOReader on arch".

Or user configurable naming format "package-name + version + last update date + user-text" in whatever order they like.
