How can I train my net with deep learning ?

I read your amazing explanation on https://www.toptal.com/machine-learning/an-introduction-to-deep-learning-from-perceptrons-to-deep-networks.
I need your help I have ARFF file , I can change it to any other format like excel or csv , this file contains binary features(0,1) and two label classes (0,1) I want to use deep learning especially MLP and DBN .
Can you tell me in details how can I do that ?Is there a jar file to add in my project and sample code if available.
