In hsk30-expanded.csv there are two items for L3-0301:

The second item is an example of the first item, but the example column is empty. I think it should be:

L3-0301,化,化,huà,Suffix,3,3455,huà (xiàndàihuà),化（现代化）,化|化[hua4],
L3-0301,现代化,現代化,xiàndàihuà,Suffix,3,3455,huà (xiàndàihuà),化（现代化）,現代化|现代化[xian4 dai4 hua4],1
