ColorMatrixFilter seems not working android

I changed the android compileSdkVersion to 35, and the matrix filter is no longer reflected in android.
it looks okay at iOS.

I also tried react-native-color-matrix-image-filters and confirmed that it works.
However, I want to save the image, so I would like to use this library.

Does anyone know a solution?

Note:
I checked with android os 15 with real device and simulator(os 12)

Some ReactImageView's listeners had changed to private and ReactImageViewUtils use the listeners.
