Sensor keeps looping "activation successful... "sensor ready in xx minutes" and never provides readings

I activate my Libre 2 sensor with Juggluco, and message indicates "activation successful. After another scan, indicates "sensor ready in xx minutes". After 60, minutes scanning again says "activation successful", and the loop goes on and on.

In what country are these sensors sold?
Did you previously use Libre 2 sensors with Juggluco?
Does this sensor have a newer expiration date than previous sensors?
What does left menu->Sensor show?

To find out what goes wrong, you need to install a logging version of Juggluco, from:
