Unify document website style

Such as:
- Store images in `assets` instead of `figure`
- Somehow try to unify the beautiful emojis in top-level section titles across workspaces.
- I think the directory structure (`tree`) can be removed, since it adds burden of maintenance
- Correct levels for section titles
