Feature request: set the language from the input window

Hi,

I think it would be valuable to add a dropdown to the input window to allow choosing the language on the fly. I'm not a native english speaker but sometimes want to look for things directly in english. And I sometimes want to remove the language flag entirely because my text will contain both (Frequent when talking about programming in another language).

Then in the settings window, I guess it would be coherent to use a selector to allow selecting languages that the user expects to use (I never speak in dutch or portugese for example). This way the input dropdown would allow selecting only from the subset allowed in the settings window.
