Drag and drop of textures doesn't work in Material Editor

Trying to drag and drop textures from either project or files tree views results in the cursor changing, but upon dropping them onto texture fields in material editor, nothing happens.

Most likely same cause as #668, ie we need to add some same handling to the MaterialDropListener as SceneViewerDropTargetListener
