jack_load audioadapter freezes on semaphore (windows 11)

Describe the bug

Server freezes when loading audioadapter.
Verbose log last record says about a semaphore.

Environment

• **JACK Version: 1.9.22
• **Operating System: Windows 11
• **Installation: package from site
• **System: Realtek Mic disabled in BIOS, USB audio adapter.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start server with qjackctl, all defaults except audiodevice (USB dongle)
2. jack_load audioadapter -i "-h" - does work fine
3. jack_load audioadapter - freezes
   3a) jack_load audioadapter -i "-l" - also freezes
