Blue/Green separation

Since the LED's aren't really separated and have an overlapping section. Would the scans benefit from better (and MUCH more expensive) LED's? There are green LED's that emit 0 blue light for example (at like $6 a pop). But would it make the scans 6 times better?

The amount of overlap here is negligible and is probably a few percent of the total light output of the LEDs at most. It would be theoretically better to have a green LED centered around 550nm, but unfortunately I couldn't find any suitable high power versions of these that aren't phosphor-converted LEDs which have very broad spectral distribution.

One thing is the data sheets and other is the actual measurement...
