Add ui to show/select active tags #3

Currently, the only way to enter into a tagged mode (bold, italics, and hyphenated list) is by using the key bindings there should be a visual selector Notejot has one that's similar to what I was thinking. The visualizer will also be used to show what mode is currently active - so the user should be able to enable a tag with the keybindnings and disable it with the UI (and vice versa).
