Sound output without browser

It would be nice to be able to output psk31 sounds directly from a call to the javascript, for example for embedded purposes. Alternatively, writing a soundfile to a fifo (or a file) would be great.

Interesting idea - I found https://www.npmjs.com/package/web-audio-engine and https://www.npmjs.com/package/web-audio-api that attempt to implement the Web Audio API in Node, but perhaps there's some other more node-native way of addressing the soundcard.

There's a function that just encodes the waveform, and concerns related to playing it are well separated: https://github.com/swharden/psk-experiments/blob/79c3374612e3c2987a801e31a0c35a1f9046a107/PskJs/psk.js#L8-L43
