Feature request: Video transcript (.vtt) download button

The same way **recording.xml** is fetched – you can fetch **transcript.txt** (which has the original **.vtt** file) with exactly the same parameters (which follow after **?** in the URL, i.e. sitedid, recordid, etc).

Please add a button to be able to download it both in the popup menu and beside the video title in the page.
