I have started working on implementing WriteTraces

Working on implementing Getservices now as there was already a pr related to WriteTraces which i missed accidently

I'm working on the GetOperations implementation for this. I'll link a PR shortly.

I’m working on implementing FindTraceIDs for Badger v2.
Plan is to follow up with FindTraces building on the same query path.
I’ll post PRs separately, starting with FindTraceIDs.
