Add a new "Jakarta Data" chapter to the "Jakarta EE Web Profile" section

Jakarta Data is a new specification that was added in Jakarta EE 11. Add a new chapter for it within the "Jakarta EE Web Profile" section of the tutorial. For now, the chapter should be a single page that has the following sections:

• What is Jakarta Data?
  • Include content similar to what is on this page: https://jakarta.ee/specifications/data/1.0/
• Further Information about Jakarta Data
  • This should be similar to the other "Further Information" sections like this one: https://jakarta.ee/learn/docs/jakartaee-tutorial/current/websvcs/rest/rest.html#_further_information_about_jakarta_rest
  • Links to include:
    • https://jakarta.ee/specifications/data/1.0/
    • https://hibernate.org/orm/releases/6.6/
