Linkage Error and Margins Issue with Smaller Display

I really like your Codex Hugo Theme and am trying to use it for my personal page. I ran into a problem however with the blog. I followed your instructions on how to create the blog and content but for some reason it works well when I run it by running `hugo serve’ in the terminal and hosting locally on my computer, … but once its on GitHub (I also tried with Gitlab) everything works except the blog. It for some reason takes me to a page that says “This is not the page you we're looking for”.

I also have another issue. Since I added some text (a few paragraphs) to the about page, when the screen is small or when I view on a mobile device the Heading disappears and I cannot scroll to the top. Would be great to fix this if you have any suggestions here too.
