Anki: Update to v25.09 failed due to upstream 404 error

anki v25.9.0 [Approved]
anki package files upgrade completed. Performing other installation steps.
Attempt to get headers for https://github.com/ankitects/anki/releases/download/25.09/anki-25.09-windows-qt6.exe failed.

The upgrade of anki was NOT successful.

I believe the correct URL is https://github.com/ankitects/anki/releases/download/25.09/anki-launcher-25.09-windows.exe

Issue is fixed as per latest pushes to choco repo anki.25.9.20250909.nupkg but this repository appears to be out of sync with the latest version available on the Chocolatey Community Repository and the versioning doesn't align with Anki's.

Future packages should be looked into as Anki has changed their build system and the resulting artifacts has changed significantly.
