AutoHotKey related installation issue

After mentioning the problem on Chocolatey, I was asked to post the issue on this github.

This morning, it was impossible for me to install Anki 25.9.20250923 via Chocolatey.

After some investigation, it seems that there is a dependency on AutoHotKey that was causing the issue.

I installed AutoHotKey separately (also via Chocolatey), and then I was able to install Anki via Chocolatey.

It would be nice to investigate that issue and try to solve it.

Can you post me a full debug log from Chocolatey of your failed installation?

choco install -d anki

I have just tested the package on fresh Win11 installation and I am unable to reproduce your problem. The autohotkey.portable dependency gets resolved and Anki successfuly installs for me.
