Can't runs make step3

I run this test on Windows 10 and use files from your original zip
here is what happened with the videos.

1. https://vimeo.com/699583303 I can't run make first_time_setup, then I modify the "Makefile" file, I changed
   "python3" to "py", now it runs fine,
   https://vimeo.com/699583338 then I got an error at cd step2_spritesheet_to_generative_sheet; npm i
   then I try to run that code manually and it works,
   then continue by running cargo install gifski instead of brew install gifski
2. https://vimeo.com/699583266 once the make first_time_setup process is completed, I continue by running make all
   then again I got an error at make step2
   it won't run make step2 except if I run the code from that step manually
   cd step2_spritesheet_to_generative_sheet; npm run generate now it seems to be working.
3. now the make step3 is where I get stuck, I can't run both make step3 and py step3_generative_sheet_to_gif/build.py

Hi there! What is the error on step3? Do you have a video? That is super strange that it doesn't work on Windows and you have to alias from python3 to py, I'll investigate using my Windows laptop later this weekend.

Ahh I rewatched your video:

Hi so you have to make sure you are in the root directory when running make step3. So in your case after running
cd step2_spritesheet_to_generative_sheet; npm run generate manually, you have to run cd .. to go back one directory then run make step3.

I just pushed the latest change where I changed the Makefile to run cd ./step2_spritesheet_to_generative_sheet; npm run generate instead, that might help you, try pull the latest changes and run make all
