Move away from SvelteKit

• Routing for server-side endpoints is already done without SvelteKit
  • Pages and .svelte files require more setup, however this isn't too difficult
• For the most part, standard Request and Response objects are used for the vast majority of endpoints
  • Some use cookies, however using the cookie dependency directly works fine
• Removing a dependency on SvelteKit would significantly streamline the tooling and build process
  • Again, working with .svelte files is a little more difficult but can be mitigated

This is more of a long-term goal. Existing solutions with SvelteKit and Vite mostly work, with some workarounds. We should look at this before 1.0.

Vite is causing numerous problems due to incorrect bundling of Axium.

At the moment, SvelteKit is still required in order to handle compiled Svelte components correctly.

Worked on this in f138ae5, API routing is now completely handled by Axium instead of SvelteKit hooks.
