[Feature Request] Long Term loan filters #552

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is currently no way to filter out long term loans with a total of 0, meaning loans that I have already paid off or collected on.
The goal is to filter out those loans to hide them.
Describe the solution you'd like
Please add filters, both on the loans page and on the loans edit page (when i want to hide multiple paid off loans)
