It would be nice to have weather is an ML feature.

Should we feed the data into PIO's event server or fetch it in the data Preparator?

This is a good weather data source that a project I found used to extract temperature and whether it rained or not: https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cdo-web/

I wonder if we can create a time-series CSV with the weather data we will need at 5 minute intervals for the past few years. I think that will be an easy way to avoid the API hammering issue.
