Convert Completed Tasks to text

One feature I'd truly love, and I think would make sense in Obsidian for archival purposes, would be if it showed up permanently in the note when you clicked to complete a task. Alternatively, if there were some way to display anything completed on a specific date in the code block, but I don't think that's even possible in the Todoist app itself. Maybe I'm just dreaming, but going back to previous dates and still seeing today's tasks can be a bit disappointing sometimes.
