Pre/post hook for each test

I'ts preferred to have this capability, for example, to manage resources such as DB connection, without boilerplating.

Seems reasonable. Although maybe instead of pre/post hook, one would be better off with a hook that wraps the test (val wrap : (unit -> 'a) -> 'a or something).
