Steps to reproduce

1. Load gzipped setup
2. Load gzipped calibration or electronic calibrate
3. Do some runs
4. Randomly a run will cause a crash sometimes right away or within 10-20 runs

I usually duplicate, pause and rename the duplicate to save that trace.

Expected behavior

Doesn't randomly crash

I built locally but haven't had a crash yet. Let me know if I need to do anything specifically on build for better debugging.

Thank you for the report and looking into it. My initial guess is that this has something to do with the TDR calculation and most likely is a thread synchronization issue (the calculation is done in its own thread to keep the GUI from freezing. I thought I added mutexes for all critical sections but maybe I have missed something.

This might be difficult to debug because it is most likely timing dependent. The debug build may behave differently and there it might behave differently if you run it on another computer as well. I could not get it to crash on my side so far.

I will take another look at it in 1-2 weeks (can't find the time to properly debug this right now).

I will update if I do end up reproducing again with more information. Are there symbols available for release builds as I do have core dumps
