CSS collision with @patternfly/react-core/dist/styles/base.css and some other community plugin #1695

Describe the bug
I observed some CSS issues on other community plugins (adr and jenkins especially) after I integrated the topology plugin.
The root cause seems to be the base.css of patternfly which is globally integrated and not isolated : https://github.com/janus-idp/backstage-plugins/blob/main/plugins/topology/src/plugin.ts#L1
