Change default ingress provider #105
Description
More of a PSA/help wanted sort of issue, but ingress-nginx has been EOL'd.
In the short term, we probably want to change to a different ingress provider that we officially support (or maybe, we support n providers?), but in the long term it might also make sense to look at gateway API as another option we support/use (my knowledge here is a bit limited).
Open to ideas/suggestions!
