with-miniaudio-only option fails to enable MiniAudio (Soloud 20200207, Windows/MinGW)

I had the exact same issue when configuring which I wanted to build with, I don't think it's only the MiniAudio option. I just went further down into the script right above where it prints which you have selected and manually added the options, which worked.
