Paused Videos will Resume #1151

Describe your issue
When a video is paused and and my tablet falls asleep and locks the paused media will resume after an unknown amount of time this hasn't occurred as a one-off this is happened multiple times. I currently playing me the from my tablet which doesn't receive notifications or a mechanism which should resume paused media. Sometimes the video has resumed a previously watched video from the same series.
