Why do files sometimes not transfer?

Hello everyone.

I have downloaded a large package of files and although the download process is marked as Completed, they do not always go to Transferred status.

I don't see the files in the destination folder; they remain in the temporary download folder.

Is there any way to transfer them and have their status updated in the Database?

There is a little bit of everything.

From files of 20 or 30 Megabytes (the most common) to 1 or 2 Gbytes.

It is a bit random, because some of them are moved and others are not.
